My field notes on health, nature & freedom
Live closer to nature.Listen to your body.
I’m Niklas. I’m curious about how we live, the habits we take for granted, and what happens when we pay a little more attention.
A life, not a diet
Why do we live the way we do?
What we eat. What we put on our skin. How we sleep, work and raise our children. So much of everyday life runs on habits we never chose. I like asking why. Getting outside. Trying things. Paying attention to what my body is telling me, and staying curious about what could be different, and how far we’ve drifted from our roots.

A little less scrolling.
A little more living.
Get outside. Move. Make time for the things that make you feel alive. For me, this is about a whole life, not just what’s on my plate.

A biologist who says cancer was never genetic. A heart surgeon who says most of his operations never had to happen. Ten experts, one pattern none of them planned to admit.

Your body has something to say.
I try to notice how I feel, what changes, and why. To ask questions before reaching for a trendy supplement or the latest health gadget. There’s always more to learn, more to simplify, and a way back to our roots.

Back to the fire.
Food, fresh air and time around the table.

Room to breathe.
Less between me and the world outside.
