A little more context.

Maria Emmerich is a wellness expert in nutrition and exercise and a best-selling author with almost 20 years of experience. She has a history of struggling with weight, IBS, PCOS, acid reflux and depression, and after doctors told her there was no cure, she took her health into her own hands and completely turned it around through diet.

I’m a huge fan of Maria’s creative recipes, she has shared hundreds in her website, social media and books. She travels around the world giving talks about the keto diet, has authored over 10 books and coaches people to help them reach optimal health.
